PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The annual election of the Forestburgh Fire District will take place on December 9, 2025, between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. at the Forestburgh Fire House at 2539 State Route 42, Forestburgh, New York 12777 for the purpose of electing:
One Commissioner for a 5-year term commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030.
One Commissioner for a 2-year term commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2027.
All interested residents of the Forestburgh Fire District who wish to have their names placed on the ballot must submit a letter of intent 20 days prior to December 9th. Mail or hand deliver letter of intent to Forestburgh Fire District at 2539 State Route 42, Forestburgh, New York 12777.
All registered residents of the Forestburgh Fire District shall be eligible to vote.
