NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Town of Forestburgh Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Forestburgh Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, NY. A regular meeting of the Planning Board will follow the Public Hearing.
The public hearing concerns Eagle Creek Hydro Power, LLC application to the Planning Board for Site Plan Approval and Special Use Permit for Mongaup Falls Hydoelectric Project located at 613 Plank Road, Section A, in the Town of Forestburgh, SBL #37.-1-1.1 The applicant proposes replacing the existing penstock with a fiberglass reinforced polymer penstock to restore the safe and reliable conveyance of water from the Mongaup Falls Dam to the powerhouse.
