NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Forestburgh, Sullivan County, New York will receive sealed bids for the following:

No. 2 Fuel Oil, Propane (Bulk) Gas, Diesel Fuel & Gasoline

Bids will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, New York, 12777, until 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at which date and hour all bids will be opened publicly.

Bid forms, specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk at the above address, and all bids are subject to the terms and conditions set forth. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked. The Town Board reserves the right to reject or refuse any and all bids.
