Local Emergency Order for: TOWN OF FORESTBURGH
I, Daniel S. Hogue, Jr., the Chief Executive of the TOWN OF FORESTBURGH, in accordance with a declaration of a State of Emergency issued on March 19, 2020, and pursuant to Section 24 of the New York State Executive Law, do hereby order all TOWN OF FORESTBURGH facilities are CLOSED to the general public. Any necessary transactions can be done by appointment or in any open-air environment.
This order shall take effect effective 7:00 a.m. on March 19, 2020 and shall remain in effect for five (5) days unless rescinded earlier by order of the Chief Executive. This order may also be renewed in five (5) day increments.
Failure to obey this order is a criminal offense, punishable by law under New York State Executive Law, Article 2-B.
