TOWN OF FORESTBURGH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh in the County of Sullivan and State of New York, introductory Local Law No. 2 of the Year 2o23, entitled “Amendments to Chapter 153-26 of Taxation (Elimination of Subsection D & E).”

A copy of the said local law is on file with the Town Clerk of the Town of Forestburgh, New York, where the same may be examined.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a public hearing will be held on the aforesaid local law before the Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh, at the Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, New York, at 5:50 p.m. prevailing time, on July 6, 2023, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
