NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Town of Forestburgh Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting at the Forestburgh Town Hall, 332 King Road, Forestburgh, NY on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 7:00p.m.
This will be an informal/preliminary first meeting with Robert J. Sipos, a principal owner of Trips 2 Win (T2W) LLC to discuss his application to the ZBA for an interpretation of special uses allowed in the Town of Forestburgh RR1 Zoning District, and also area variances that may be necessary for any Special Use Permit pertaining to the T2W parcel. The ZBA will also accept any evidence that T2W has at this time to support the application. In addition, the ZBA will set a date for a Public Hearing with regard to the interpretation.
